Both Squash & Tennis Club Night begins at 6.30pm. Squash players please check in with the rostered volunteer who will organise a squash board and get you on court.
David will be organising a tennis board for those players wanting games.
It could be a great night for a BBQ - we have loads of gourmet sausages (supplied by Westmere butchery) - just looking for a chef, any volunteers?????

We are hosting a Level 1 St Johns First Aid Course at the HBPRC on Sunday 22nd May from 8am to 5pm.
First Aid Level 1 teaches the basics of effective First Aid, its an ideal refresher course and is a minimum qualification requirment for a workplace first aider. First Aid Level 1 helps your workplace to meet health and safety standards, is compliant with department of Labour and NZQA requirements and includes NZQA unit standards 6401 & 6402.
There are 20 places available for those wanting to complete this Level 1 First Aid course. The cost is $99 per person, payable on invoice. A light lunch will also be included.

Congratulations - Glen Wilson has been named as the coach to take away the 2016 World Doubles team to compete in Darwin later this year from 15-18 August.
Glen has competed at 3 Commonwealth Games (1998, 2002 and 2006) and he has claimed a number of different medals of particular note is his Gold Medal that he achieved with Leilani Rorani in 2002.
Glen has also had a strong singles career having won 3 NZ Men's National Championships.
Wilson said "As a proud kiwi having represented New Zealand for over 20 years as a player I am extremely privileged to have been appointed this position and I am looking forward to working along side New Zealand's top senior pro players in a coaching/management capacity to help and support them achieve podium successes in commonwealth and world championship events".
Glen will be taking away a team of players and we wish him the best of luck in their preparation.
Junior Club Night will not run on 22 & 29 April due to school holidays.

We are still looking to fill (3) nights during the month . The commitment is only one night per month and if you pair up with someone it's only every second month!
If you cant committ to a date how about going on the volunteer list? We may call on you from time to time to see if you can help out?
This is a great way to 'do your part' for the Club like so many others have before you. If we don't have volunteers the bar is un-manned and this can be a problem when we have visiting teams and events on at the Club, not to mention thirsty members who need a drink!
No experience necessary and all training is provided and a few free drinks while you're there! Contact Jacqui in the office if interested.
