Over the next couple of days all of our senior, full members will be receiving their login details for our new online tennis court booking system. If you're not a tennis player don't worry, just ignore it - one day we might have the squash court bookings up and running and we'll send you the details again. If you are a tennis player and need to book courts, you will need to login, change your password and enter a phone number for your bookings - this isn't compulsory but it helps tell your mates how to contact you about your bookings.
In the email you receive, there will be all the details you need to login and use the system. As of tomorrow there will no longer be a manual booking system and the book outside the office will be gone. In its place will be a tablet with the booking site open. Please feel free to use that to make and change your bookings. Please make sure you keep a note of your username and password as you'll need that to login from anywhere. Of course, you can make and change bookings from wherever you like now!
The site will work best in Chrome so we would recommend you download that if you don't already have it... but any browser will work.
If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to email Sophie on firstname.lastname@example.org. We're open to hearing about how you're finding it and any ways in which we could improve on it.
Enjoy the freedom of online bookings :-)
Please note that the bar area and tennis courts will be closed for a private function this Friday, 11th October, from 1-5pm.
Katie has lost her squash racket and doesn't know where to find it… she thinks someone might have picked hers up as it looks a lot like another one that's in lost property. She lost it on the first night of squash Club Champs (Thurs 19th Sept). If you have a black killar racket and were at the club on that night, could you please take a look and make sure it's yours? If not, please let Sophie know on email@example.com to help it back to its owner. Thanks!
The office will be closed Monday afternoon (open Monday morning) and closed all day Tuesday.
