Squash this week:

Senior club night

Senior club night starts at 6.30pm. Come along and meet fellow club members.  We rotate games every 10-15 minutes 

Junior club night 

Starts Friday at 4.00pm, join Jarrod and his team for coaching, match play and fun squash competitions.

Junior holiday camp

We'll be running a school holiday squash camp on both Tuesdays and Wednesdays of the upcoming school holidays, from 12-4pm each day. The camps will be lots of fun and also help you to improve your squash skills ready for term 4!

Tennis this week:

Junior tennis holiday clinics

David and his team will be running  holiday clinics during the October school holidays. Daily and weekly options are available - Monday to Friday from 9am to 12 noon each day. These clinics are loads of fun with drills, competitions and are designed to improve your tennis.

Thursday club night & Sunday club day 

No excuses not to join us for some social and friendly match play on Thursday night from 6.30pm and/or Sunday afternoon from 1 to 4pm. The weather forecast is looking fabulous. New members are welcome.

Junior club night 

Starts 4.30pm and runs till 6pm on Fridays with David and his team. Nows the time to start practising for the interclub season.

“Mental Health Awareness Day 01” 

As Mental Health Awareness week is coming up, the SelfLoveClub has decided to run its first ever beautiful event on the last day of the week 14th October (Sunday) to help bring the stigma and judgement off such a rising illness. The day will consist of slow beginners yoga, inspirational speakers giving their story, tips and techniques. We will end with a crystal meditation which is a great way to start your working week. There will be scrumptious food, hot tea, iced tea, and most importantly good vibes.
