The Office will be closed from midday on Friday 15th Dec and will re-open on Wednesday 3rd January 2018. Emma & Simon are available during this time, contact details can be found on office door.
You are more than welcome to use the facility during this time, but we ask that you make sure everything is turned off and the building is secure and locked up when you leave, no matter what the time of day.
This quieter period also sees a number of visitors and locals using our courts, and some of these do just walk straight in the front door or simply jump over the back entrance gate. With less staff and committee members around over the break please don’t hesitate to politely ask anyone if they are a member, and if not that we have a ‘pay before you play’ policy of $20 per visitor. Remember you all pay your subs to help maintain our club, so it is only fair that visitors should contribute a little towards wear and tear and the hard work of others to keep the club looking as best we can.
The "Bar" will be closed from Friday 22nd Dec - If you have access to the bar, please assist those who would like a drink. Eftpos will only be available. Note Bar Roster will resume on Monday 15th January 2017.
There are a number of invoices that remain unpaid relating to memberships, club champ entry fees, interclub fees etc. If you have a query please contact the office or alternatively we would appreciate prompt payment.
We have a very large lost property collection out on the mezzanine, including adult and children’s brand-name gear, rackets, shoes, towels and water bottles. Please check to see if any of it is yours. Any items not collected by the end of December will be washed and delivered to charity organisations. Thank you.
