Recently the team at Alsco upgraded the womens hygiene modules and soap dispensers through out the building. Thank you Alsco for your on going support and bringing us up todate with our bathroom accessories.
A big thanks to Smeg and his team - they have "shed some light" through out the facility. Much needed lighting and LEDs have been replaced. The External Security Light in the car park is now operating. The tennis court light repair has been more difficult than anticipated, we are now waiting on parts and this should be completed toward the end of the May.
Members please note that our facility will be closed from 6pm on Saturday evening for a Private Function. This includes all lounge, bar, kitchen, squash and tennis courts which have been marked unavailable in the booking system.
Please note that members with direct debit authorities they will operate on the evening of Friday 19th May this month as the scheduled date of the 20th is a Saturday.
Fingers crossed for fine weather. Club Champs Prize Giving is definetly on tonight - see you at 7pm Thursday 18th May.
The repairs are going ahead and we are just waiting on a date to be confirmed by Tigerturf to replace/repair the baselines on courts 1 & 4.

If you are interested in playing Superchamps this year please either register on the form downstairs on the noticeboard by the squash courts or email hbprcsquash@gmail.com with your name, email address, phone number and grade.
The District and National Superchamps events are played to identify the strongest club in the country for each grade. Teams are composed of five players per club that are in the same grade (B, C, D, E and F/J for both men and women). Entries will also be taken for separate B2 & C2 divisions, which will only be played as a regional competition (no National competitions). At the District Superchamps clubs in a single district play off to find the district champion in each grade. The district champion is then eligible to travel to the National Superchamps finals to play off for the national title. Teams contest ties in round-robin and/or knockout format, with the team that wins three or more matches declared the winner.
To be eligible for the Auckland District SuperChamps, players must have competed in a minimum of THREE competitive matches, with results showing in iSquash on the grading list, between 1st January 2017 and 15th June 2017
It would be great to get the teams together early to start training. Heres hoping we have a few more teams than last year, please come and support the Club.
To be held 16-18 June at the Remuera Rackets Club. This tournament is open to all juniors from A to J Grade, and is played in grades, not age groups, so they will all get good matches. Entries are now open in iSquash.
