Squash and Tennis Club Night begins at 6.30pm. Weather permitting David will run the tennis board. Squash players please check in with Volunteer to arrange games.
The Kitchen is open from 6.30 to 8.30pm.

Herne Bay One Day Junior Tournament starts 9.15am on Sunday 14th August. Please check courts for booking availability.
Jason has now finalised the Tennis Interclub teams and these have been entered. There is still time if you would like to register. If you would like to play every fortnight (or go on the reserves list) from mid September through to end of April then please email Jason @ tennisVP@hernebayrackets.co.nz stating your name, mobile ph and competition you would like to play in: Singles/Doubles or Mixed? You can play in both comps but we need to request that these competitions are on alternative weekends.
Term 3 coaching program is now under way with a few places still available. Would you like a Group or Private lesson for your child? Contact David @ mustardtennis@xtra.co.nz.
The sauna will be closed from 7pm next Monday 15th August for 24-48 hours while Stage 2 of the rebuild takes place – weather permitting. The remaining old seating will be replaced with new Western Red Cedar and the deteriorating walls will be addressed. The final stage later in the year will see the concrete floor overlaid with tiles, and any remaining old wood replaced/covered where possible.
We are still looking to fill a number of nights during the month . The commitment is only one night per month and if you pair up with someone it's only every second month!
If you cant committ to a date how about going on the volunteer list? We may call on you from time to time to see if you can help out?
This is a great way to 'do your part' for the Club like so many others have before you. If we don't have volunteers the bar is un-manned and this can be a problem when we have visiting teams and events on at the Club, not to mention thirsty members who need a drink!
No experience necessary and all training is provided and a few free drinks while you're there! Contact Jacqui in the office if interested.
