If you are unable to attend the AGM in person please send a signed copy of this voting paper by email to RoryM@sportauckland.co.nz by 5pm, Thursday 9 May 2019.
Named and signed voting forms may be collected and delivered to Sport Auckland in bulk.
An email from a member’s individual email address to RoryM@sportauckland.co.nz outlining their voting preference for each position will also be accepted. Alternatively voting papers can be brought in person and submitted at the AGM (7pm Thursday 9 May 2019).
Please note that only one nomination was received in time for each of the positions of VP - Squash - George Crosby, and Facilities Officer - Shayne Hubert so these two will be elected unopposed.
